Bespoke & Services Administrator – Chupi

Ireland’s leading luxury technology business Chupi are seeking to expand their exceptional teams and are recruiting for a Bespoke Services Executive to join our Production team.

Our pieces are selected by our clients to mark some of their most precious moments and our made to measure bespoke service is at the heart delivering that exceptional service that we have become known for. We are looking for a Bespoke Service Executives to join our busy and growing team.

This role will include a mix of production planning and client services, requiring the continuous management of a client book of orders, communicating with your clients on their order status and collaborating with our care, sales and logistics teams to ensure everything is made to perfection and delivered on time.

The right candidate will have exceptional organisational and communication skills, a great understanding of customer service, a love for working as part of a fast-paced team and ideally have some experience working in a customer focused luxury production environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation & administration of bespoke orders to go to our Goldsmiths
  • Administration of orders on Inventory system
  • Pulling & handling components
  • Customer service Order Liaison where applicable to orders
  • Actioning customer comments, updates & changes
  • Working alongside Store,, Care and Operations teams on customer orders
  • Quality and final order check in advance of shipping

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in luxury production or production services
  • A working knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Attention to detail is vital skill for this role
  • Proficient in google sheets / excel
  • Comfortable working knowledge of Google Sheets and / or Excel

Advantageous but not essential

  • A working knowledge of DEAR inventory management
  • Previous knowledge of jewellery
  • Previous experience in Inventory or administration

The Technology

We live and breathe technology, our team are digital natives and work across a number of industry standard platforms. Our website www.chupi.com and our store Atrium use Shopify as our eCommerce and POS platform, that attitude has made us one of the best performing Shopify sites in Europe. Alongside Shopify, our customers enjoy a number of custom built solutions built on AWS powering customer insights, product customisation and innovative CX solutions.

We utilise Slack for intra company communication, Xero for finance, Google Drive for collaboration, Dropbox for content management, Zendesk for customer care, DEAR for cloud based inventory and Notion for project management to ensure as a team we have the best tools at our disposal working across multiple sites to grow and scale an international business.

What next:

This is a full time salaried position (subject to a probationary period). As an essential part of company operations, this role is exclusively based on site in our studio in Dublin 6. The hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Terms will be discussed with the candidates at the interview stage. You will report directly to the Senior Production Manager.
